Prerelease — glob bumped to v13 plus a refined dist-tag publish policy.

First prerelease of the 1.1.0 line — versioned in package.json and tagged, but never actually published to npm; its changes shipped for the first time in v1.1.0-next.2 below. Dependency maintenance plus a refinement to how releases map to npm dist-tags. No changes to the public CLI or programmatic API.

• Bumped the glob dependency to v13; the named-import async API is unchanged, so the CLI behaves identically (3f347a0)

• Refreshed dev tooling: prettier, vitest, and @types/node (3f347a0)

• The publish workflow now derives the npm dist-tag purely from the version string and always passes --tag explicitly (stable → latest, prerelease → next); next is no longer auto-advanced to the stable version, so it stays a preview-only side channel (1c64fdc)
